To all you Backyard Monsters players on Kongregate, here is your hacked version of the game!
Features:
Free Speedups with shiny (Level 4) - this works for all monster unlocks and upgrades as well as speeding up all buildings. You can click the level 4 "Speed Up" for free.
Instructions:
1. Download Fiddler2 from the Fiddler website and install it
1.5 If you use Firefox, go to the Fiddler options and select monitor Firefox. If you have the Fiddler plugin installed in Firefox then don't worry about this step. If you use Chrome then Fiddler automatically tracks it, so continue.
2. Go to your browser and clear its cache. This means press Control + Shift + Delete and then select the cache option. In chrome, set the time option to the beginning of time. In Firefox, set it to everything. In IE, google it. I don't use IE. Then click the button to clear the cache. THIS STEP IS VITAL!!!
3. Go to Kongregate's site and get into backyard monsters.
4. After the game loads, press control f and put this text in the search field: game-v
5. Click Find sessions. This should bring you to the entry that looks like this: /bmkg/game/game-v116.v93.swf
6. Then select the entry by clicking on the line.
7. Press Control + U.
8. Go to the right side of fiddler2 and find the tab that says AutoResponder.
9. Check the boxes "Enable Automatic responses" and "Unmatched requests pass through."
10. Then click the add button, which is to the right of the check boxes.
11. It will automatically take the data from the entry you selected before you pressed Control + U and it will put the data in the top drop-down box at the bottom of the screen by the "Save" button.
11.4 Make sure the box is checked next to the rule you just added.
11.5 Download the Hacked file from the link below and save it to a place you will remember.
12. Since the top drop-down box is now filled you have to show Fiddler2 which file to replace it with. In the second drop down box click the down arrow button, scroll the list, and click on "Find a file..."
13. Go to the place you saved the hacked swf in and then select the hacked swf and click open.
14. After the "Find a file..." window closes then click on the "Save" button by the drop-down boxes.
15. Now, go to your browser, get out of the tab which has Backyard Monsters running (or just go to a different site). This will make sure your browser is not accessing the game file so that when you clear the cache the browser can delete the old game file. If you are using BYM and try to delete the cache the browser cannot delete any files in use.
16. After you get out of BYM then clear the cache in your browser. If you need instructions, see step 2.
17. After you clear the cache then get into BYM and enjoy your hacking! Make sure you have Fiddler2 running before you get back into BYM.

17. After you clear the cache then get into BYM and enjoy your hacking! Make sure you have Fiddler2 running before you get back into BYM.
