Conquer 2.0 Private server, need some help.

Sup guys.
I'm tryin to set up a private server for CO. A mate of mine cant host it no more, so its up to me now, but i got a few questions tho.

The folders/programmes that i have, are the following:
AppServ
Debug
www
char database
MySQL

1st question: is this enough to get the server working? Or do i need more files/folders?
2nd q: I tried connecting to MySQL, but for some reason, the IP i enter is wrong.. (previous host and the host before that used that IP, and it worked for them.. my firewall doesnt block anything btw.)

I hope you ppl can help me out asap!

First put the AppServ folder at C:\ .
Now,open MySQL,and the ip should be localhost,and port should be default. Now, the username should be root,and password the one that you setup when you installed addserv.

Login,and it should work,atleast what I think,it was long time ago. Now open your source folder(s), goto bin/Debug,and open Config.ini. Insert your ip there,and username as root,and password as the one that you did setup when installing AppServ. Now,in same folder ( debug ) , open the .exe to run the server,and your server is up.

Also open your ports if you are using a router.

Thx for the infos! This helped me alot already.
I got MySQL Admin running, MYSQL Query browser with the script inside aswell, and i can open the exe file aswell. "**** mobs spawned, **** npc's loaded, etc.. Forwarder ports aswell, wtf is wrong..?

Btw, whenever i try to login on my serv i get the message "failed ude to internet congestion or maintenance", while my serv is online / running.
