Im getthing a Fatal local overlap job exception : CServerProcessOverlap

Everything is cool until it almost finish running GameServer.
It writes:

and then nothing happends...

Please help..

just restore a good data base and delete the current one

I have done it, it worked for one time running, and in this running my Sr_ShardManager crashed so i shoulded run it again, and it back...
Idea's?
