Cant collect BonusBoxes

Hey guys
3 weeks ago I got banned for week for bot usage

50% EP
50% honor
50% Credits
100% Jackpot money
100% galaxy gate energy

Additionally: For the next seven days, you will only be able to collect bonus boxes and cargo boxes once every 60 seconds.

Its much more then seven days after unban and I still cant collect bonus boxes...
Have you ever had stuff like that? What I have to do to can collect bonus boxes?

send an email to support that it was stated that it was 7 days and 7 days only that you could only not collect for this worked for me now i'm still botting :D

Im pretty sure its only 7 days for the first time your caught. If your caught a second time(1 week bann) Its a 30 day wait 60 secs for each box. not 100% but i know first time caught its 7 day so 1 week has too be more.
