No ! The One Hit killer is a client mod. This is being fixxed looong time ago by the GF

The public ones are fixxed long tome ago, but there are som non pubs. hack trading is not allowed in this forum but im shure if you are tricky enought and know the names of some forums then you will get one for ~50$
