MMOSE.com and MMOOK.com Scams

I just tried to make a purchase from these sites earlier today and am extremely disappointed. I made the purchase around 3:30PM today (12/20/2011) and have yet to receive my merchandise (now 10:11PM) and the customer service representative is giving the run around (excuse after excuse...etc).

I decided to purchase a Stage 1 Death Tyrant from them due to the fact it much more logical to purchase an item that rises and lowers with inflation rather than rupees which hold there value about as much as a new car is driven off the parking lot. But I did attempt to purchase about 20 billion worth of rupees too.

I have been purchasing rupees for a while from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. They are safe and very reliable. I have spent probably around $1,000 this year alone. So this isn't my first rodeo.

I first contacted the customer service representative to ask if the items were in stock on my server. They stated yes. So I proceeded to send money to them via Western Union for $532.06 (yes, big leap of trust but after dealing with ********** I was feeling confident in rupee sellers). I don't send money through Paypal to rupee sellers as there verification process is really sketchy to me (they ask for a photo copy of your drivers license and credit card or credit card statement). But with Western Union there is no protection for the buyer.

Anyways, after the payment was sent I contacted them via online chat again. They stated they would call Western Union to receive the payment and it would be a few minutes. 20 minutes later, I ask any updates, they replied with few more moments. One hour later, they finally received the payment. They start contacting their supplier and stated it'll be 3 minutes. 10 minutes pass and they state the supplier can't log in due to patching failure of the game. So he has to download the patch, which shouldn't be big considering they are suppose to be doing business regularly right? Wrong. Two hours later, no response and I am typing away at them. I contact another associate who states there proxy is messed up and they need time to fix it.

Basically, I will probably not get my merchandise based off of the comments on this compliant board: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

MMOOK.com = MMOSE.com

It's a very, very hard lesson to learn but I won't be buying anymore rupees or ingame items for a long time now.

TL;DR: MMOOK.com/MMOSE.com scammed me of $532.06 worth of items/rupees. ********** is reliable and safe as I have spent a lot more there previously and recently. Lesson learned very hard....

UPDATE:
Alright, well I will give an update. They did contact me twice through email to pick up my delivery. First time, I logged in and the supplier was offline (ok...). Second time, they actually followed through with flying colors and gave me some extra stuff as compensation.

I still wouldn't recommend them because of there poor customer service and how they leave you in the dark 95% of the time. And the representative responds to your IM messages every 10 to 20 minutes.

Blooper1234 as I said before, E GPal.com (no space between E and G). I have been buying rupees from them this whole year and have spent already over $1,000 on it. I always use Western Union due to the ridiculous verification process for Pay Pal accounts rupee sellers impose. As soon as they receive payment they immediately deliver. And I have bought 10b to 20b at a time.

Western Union instead of Pay Pal because I would rather be scammed out of money than deal with identity theft issues.

I can say that the site that were starred out in my original post is legit and safe though. I have purchased around $1,000 worth of rupees in the past from E G Pal.com

I usually purchase from them with no problems but even with e g pal.com's 10% ontop of your rupee purchase it was cheaper to go to these scam sites. And not to mention the increasingly inflated prices are making the rupees you buy now worth nothing in the next month. So I felt like it was a better investment to buy an item (pet in this case) that way if the inflation increases so does my item's value. E G pal.com only sells rupees so I thought this was a win-win situation.

Lesson learned. I will stick with e g pal :/.

rule 1 when buying from rupee sellers, ALWAYS ask if they have it in stock, if they reply yes too quickly then tell them to check really or you will not purchase and also only ever buy rupees never items, why? the items will be hacked and will be harder to sell and easier to track, cash is easy to spend and will be alot harder to follow.

sorry you had to learn the hard way! ive been buying from rupee sellers for the last 2 years, never been banned only been scammed once. (bought in excess of 40 bil+)

none of my friends have been hacked lol and you want to talk about greed? take alook at the CS on Us version and compare it with other versions, that is greed!

i buy rupees due to the fact i get ALOT more for my money than if i had bought in CS. you call it greed, i call it good business.

and how is me buying rupees directly linked to hacking when there are 1000's of people doing it then it makes no difference if 1 person says no as another 5 will realise its the way forward until they revamp the CS.

until then rupee sellers ftw.

Be patient and try again. There were some legitimate issues with patching the other day.

The fact that they have listings for s5 dts is in itself a red flag. Just ask them 'do you have s5 dt' and they will go 'yeah sure'.

There are a lot more legitimate websites than one would think. Their suppliers usually have no direct affiliation with the company - they're probably just as frustrated as you when they don't show up, don't get online or have serious complications.
