Ibot 3.65 problem

when i try to start it it doesnt do anything. it apears a small box and 0.1 seconds later it closes. help plz

i think i already did that. but with the new update it just doesnt work

i had same problem when i were using windows 7 x64.. i installed windows 7 on 32 bits and everythings allright now;)
