(Request) how to restore monster ??

Hi..all...can someone please help me to restore all the monster back in game ?

i used a database which doesn't have any monster in game.....

use a database with monsters then

@Nezekan i used a database with full blue item in NPC but no monster......because i want those fb items that's y i want to know how to restore monster back to the game...
please help ............
