Super 2 Soc Bow?

hey guys!

i am an archer, and i don't really have that good equips...like full eli and uni +2

I need a super 2 soc bow and i only have about 3 dbs.

i am not sure what to do...

my choices are: buy uni 2 soc bow and risk it in TC
use 2 dbs to get eli 2 soc bow and risk 1 db in TC

i am not sure how i would be able to get it another way.

if i had a uni/eli 2 soc bow for under lvl 40 what are the chances that it will upgrade in TC?

Lots of people say it depends on your luck...what does that mean? do you need lucky time or what?

And do you need to be a rb for it to work in TC?

so....my overall question is... how many dbs would it take to get a uni/eli 2 soc bow to super thats under lvl 40?

Lets just hope its around ( 1 for eli 2 soc bow) or 2-3 for uni 2 soc bow xD

the lower the lvl the higher chance of upping in tc.Ive blown 11 dbs on a 2soc normal lvl 5 club and it only went to unique,and at the same time i t took 4 dbs to make a blade lvl 5 2soc up to elite.But this was a long time ago,best bet take the sure thing,unless you got a lvl 7 bow(thats the lowest lvl right?),nothin worse then wasting a bunch of dbs for nothing

my guess is if its lvl 40 it would fail all three times even with lucky time,but feal free to try it
