Skill & Potion bar customization

Guys, can you pls help me how to customize some bars :

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

I want to make:
1. Skill bar tabs to be 12 in number like above instead of just 9.
2. Potion bar tabs to be 6 instead of just 3
3. Have 2 column of chat instead of just 1

My current bars:

edit the client exe, then edit the server exe to accept the packets ;)

it is difficult to fix that , it is about dekaron.exe and dekaronserver.exe .
