This could be due to a bad install of game or your operating system or or simply to much malware or trojans in your computer.

You will have to give us a little more information on what exactly your doing, and your system specs. (be specific and very detailed)

My suggestion:
Download it: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Record to a cd-rw or any disc and boot from it. DO a scan and disinfect.

i suggest you to check the proccess control (ctrl+alt+delete) and close the processes which are not needed. I also have a problem with some process(something with nvidia driver manager)...i closed it and now work.

Taking a screen shot of the error window would help as well when the window comes up there are addons for firefox and google chrome that can save windows or screen selection and save right to a folder.

Honestly I would try and clean with CCleaner , Malwarebytes , Trendmicro online scanner and NOD32 online scanner. Then when thats done run computer in safe mode and run your antivirus and malwarebytes again.

but like Bot said we could really use a (diagnostic report) either from the one he suggested or from hijackthis.

Unless his Bios supports it he may have to format his USB stick as well as a boot device. Putting it onto a CD/DVD is much faster and easier IMO.

Yes, but he asked if it is possible to record to USB. Answer is yes, and in guide he will see the device must be formated to FAT16 or FAT32.
