English server

I'm looking for an english last chaos pserver, preferably higher rates than LG or atleast the same rates, and if possible Hs drop rate like 777 or so...everything i've found so far always says "we're working on this and that and etc" and never done when i check back, i'd appreciate links to all last chaos pservers even if they're not english...and im not interested in hamachi servers =/ thx in advance for any help :)
