Need some help with hacks.

I've downloaded Easyhack and perfect hack Usa but each time i download them and i make sure to download everything exactly how it says to it never works i always get the same error message and that is

(file location) (file name) The archive is eather in unknown format or damaged.

I have the latest Winzip and Winrar downloaded but it still doesn't work...

any help here?
