A guildie told me this trick, and I've tested myself with MC just an hour ago and it works (well, maybe it's not intended by Blizz, but that's not the point).
Did a search on MoltenCore and couldn't find any results regarding this 'exploit' so here you go.
For those of you attuned to MC and farm the place for whatever reason and don't feel like looking for some random person to form the raid with, go to Lothos Riftwaker, the guy that teleports you to the raid instance once you are attuned.
Even though you are all alone and not in a raidgroup whatsoever, he will teleport you straight into the instance and you can go on your merry way cleaning the place out without the need for another person.
Makes life alot easier farming about for that cool looking gear (and for example the mats for Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros etc).

Edit: Reputedly (lev posted this a bit down in this thread, so if you use it thank him for it ;)) the same works for Blackwing Lair. Click the orb once you are attuned and you are ported to Blackwing Lair. How you find a solution to solo the first boss (or skip him) is up to you.
