[DEKARON], [DEV], [GM], the difference

Hello..

Could someone tell me what is the difference among these three type of chars:

[DEKARON] = ...:confused::confused:
[DEV] = ...:confused::confused:
[GM] = ...:confused::confused:

And which one of them has command to drop items.??
And what is the command.??

/dekaron openconsole
in console write dropitem index socket prefix

IF [DEV]
/dev openconsole
in console write dropitem index socket prefix

IF [GM]
sorry, you cant creat item.

p.s.
dropitemcount index X- to drop more same items X times
dropitemrange index x y - to drop item from index X to Y
