I use gimp + dds and photoshop
take the .dds image add to gimp and change the .dds to .png. for example dekaron.dds gonna be dekaron.png... after u change it mod it with other program... save it again with the png format... add it to gimp and change again the format. dekaron.png to dekaron.dds
