Might I ask, does lag help in getting Gacha items?
Like, unlock a lowest level gacha item while comp is laggy. Then switch to level 80.
Just suggesting a hypothetical idea.

I must also ask, is it normal to get 2 lvl 12 rune upgrade during the nurse tammy event?
And is it normal to get the black wings 2 times during that event?

Haven't tried, but from what I know is that the new gacha system disables us to switch item levels once we obtain a certain gacha piece for a specific level, I'm not sure as well if deleting those parts will enable you to change the item level.

Yes it's normal since the rewards are given in a step by step manner. So if you completed the VIP reward up to tammy then you get the 2 pcs wings

its still working... and don't expect the GM's will make something that involves sales slide off....
