I need Some help ... Channel Bug?? Please

I am experimenting with setting up a private server, have everything running, and can login and see all channels, but cannot connect to any of them except on a rather rare occasion... and pointers, sql scripts would be greatly appreciated... thanks in advance

so ur new in experiencing the pservers ha?all server do like that....u have to try and try and try and try till u get bored and go watch a moovie^^
