I also bought C9 from newgameway long ago.....but there customer service is horrible. Took forever (and never) respond to a simple question: How to change password. Figured out myself though. Lol...

bought account there just today, i got my account fast and without problems. guides there for changing pass and email were also good but i had the problem to download the client from official page, dont know if this has something to do with newgameway account or just a normal problem with european countries. thanks to you for upping it on mega, will try and hope it works for me (:

For my part I'm not really sure whats going on with them. I bought an ArcheAge Account 2 days ago and still got no response, although I mailed them to four different adresses.
In the past everything went smooth and perfect...maybe another hack, don't know.

the reply speeds vary but generally get a response back within a day
