there is no programm for the "exchanging" part.
But you can edit your client's Item.sdata and make items tradeable.
A good programm for opening / editing your client is [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].

Yet that is just if you own your own server, not to do it with a live server in which you do not have any rights, as I think is the case in here
