Hey everyone, like the title says, this is about spamming the shadow jump skill from the ninja class.
Normaly, when you Shadow Jump, you need to hide, then you can SJ. Theres a delay after you hide though, about 1 second. So if you hide and SJ right after, it will only land after 1s. I dont really understand the mechanics of this, since you can un-hide right after, but not SJ. Other classes can use their skills right after they hide(I have in mind a rogue doing hide+raid+hide+raid,etc). Why does SJ work like this ? Why is there a 1s delay after the hide ? This is the same on any server, official or private.
Now...I know that some people can bypass this delay. I know if your ping is about 250ms, you can spam SJ ! My ping is 50ms. I tried myself when I was lagging while downloading stuff, and it works. I had about 300ms, I could spam SJ. But doing this is not stable and I cant do that to solve my problem.
Now all that being said, anyone out there know what Im talking about, or have a solution ? I know the problem is clientside. Maybe an animation thing ? Anyone know what I can do ? Or maybe how to set my ping fixed at 250ms ?
