Exp+ with Item Manager

Yo,
When i'm using exp+ items with Item Manager They don't give me exp+. Why they don't work? Is there a way which with i can make them working?

exp+ is Serverside

I know i'm just asking why items with exp +10% doesn't work with item manager. :| I didn't mean something like changing 10%exp to 100%.
