Request for gift box hack

Remember COTobo? Sick program in my opinion. Most features can be re-created with other hacks, but one that I would really like back is a simple hack that shows all elite and super items as Gift Boxes. This would save me the trouble of having to hold Shift all the time, or turn Names on.

If anyone could make one and post it up I'd really appreciate it.

OR

If anyone could just tell ME how to make it, that would be equally as appreciated. I have basic hacking knowledge, so I won't be too hard to work with. =]

Hey! Noobie McNoobsicle here! I'm following up on a previous post requesting minor hack that will replace good items with gift boxes, like Cotobo did. Nobody responded, and I have a few hours to waste. So I'm going to make an attempt at trying to make this myself. I'm thinking about just replacing the image files for the Elite and Super items (assuming they ARE different) with the gift box image file. My question is:

Do items have separate image files for different qualities? (i.e. Do Elite Iron Helmet and Super Iron Helmet have different image files)

I guess I have one more too :D (Sorry, just thought of it. =])

If so, where are they located?
