New Bug for UG

Hello everyone, today I found a bug in the profile page of all users!
The bug is to accept you as a friend, also from 1 in the charts, or by any user you want as a friend ..
Example: I want to become a friend of Ranked # 1 in the server "DE1", but he does not accept my friendship, I use this bug for me to accept, without him noticing, and so we can see his gear, pilot sheet etc. ..
I would have 2 questions for you:
1) To whom should I send this bug to the forum UG?
2) If I give you this bug, I also became a member of the UG forum?

this bug is public so every one cann find it i dont think UG will acept you..
