Question: Fastest Way to Level

I need the fastest way to level way to level up to 40.

I'm current level 14.

I need methods with the trainer or without, either one works. Thanks!

pursuits...do pursuit for 5 minutes with heat level 5 and disable cops as much as u can . or u can do TE .....as the te are the best way to gain rep n money real quick

didnt know pursuit gives alot of exp and money. been playing TE only. thanks for the info.

Edit: btw, do you crash on TE if you activate "no cops"? mine is crashing everytime when i reach the tunnel.
