Help if some one can

hi all...I and many of the players hoping to be able to create their own server, but people who do not have programming experience find it difficult to do this
So I ask those who have experience or programmers to create a thread in which he puts everything we needs like programs and guide, to be able to create this server
Note: You may tell me some of you use the search or use Google to search for the files, but I did not know what will I need and What I do not need to set up this server.

There is the guide on how to create server, whatever we can tell you is listed in that guideline. You would need to download Arcadia repack 1.3, not sure if its still here on forums, neither will i link you to it if i did happen to find it(due to personal reasons). You would have to search for the repack. Good luck! :)
