My Server working all looks okay but !!!

Nobody can log on when people try id and pw Server sayng

(Requesting User acces ) and nothing happenn

PS: I use Windows XP SP3 And i dont know to make Billing Script is that big problem??

Go windows firewall.

Allow only:
GateWayServer
GameServer
15779
15884

Block any other program or port!
