which server to join?

Well hey guys, i havent been on for a year since esro opened. I want to start playing again but i don't know which server is the best. Can you guys give me some suggestions? i want a server with atleast 30x rates with least possible amount of turks, and 110 cap update(chinese and eu). I was thinking about glory sro but im not sure yet their community looks really small...

if you want cap 120 full working
