Good epvp afternoon staff

My server this with a bug. Could anyone help me
I not know how but sometimes a player it ends going to stop in the botjail alone. I am having trouble pull the player botjail
I would like to fix this bug or teach me how pull a player from botjail to cronus

You could try this

Open the db, in Navicat, open cq_account. Locate the column 'ONLINE'. If there is a number in that column, other than a zero, (0), change it to zero. Save and exit.
Then use /kickout (playername), or reboot the server.

I hope this works for you.

use an admin tool to get him out

Cheat Time = 0 Non-Bot Jail
Cheat Time = 6 (i think it is) BotJail

so change cheat time from XXX to 0 and he'll be free
