Help with 2011 server files

Hi,
im setting up a server using franzi 2011 serverfiles with 2019 game.

somehow im the only one who can connect it. the others get disconnected after choosing their character.

my router ports are open as well firewall. i've trying 3 diferent ways to configure my network and still the problem persists.

Any solution?

EDIT: i have some experience as servers owner. had 3 servers since last year so don't think i'm a noob (maybe a little bit XD)

I heard that 2011 only works with a freebsd operating system installed directly in the machine (no virtualization) is that true?

Ich habe gehört, dass 2011 nur mit einem FreeBSD-Betriebssystem direkt in der Maschine installiert (keine Virtualisierung), die wahr ist?

Use the new Daroo Files an the client witch belongs to them.

daroo have new 2011 files or is it 2010? and if i only use his client? cuz i already have more than 1 month of work in this files.

Please someone tells me where can i get a client that works with game 2089?
