It's possible to I remove ornaments from a deco?

Like i got a deco 4 slots with 7% movement speed in every slots is there any way that i can remove that ornaments to use other??

Few ppl have that from some event (week after event with exp cards - they give away 10 exp cards, some trigrams and Detatchment Tool too)

But I don't know any active person with that.

I think they can't use that. I'll do MEGA tutorial about THANKS, SEARCH and basic 9Dis functions. But IDK when xD
