[Help] about Private servers .

Greetings every body.
at first ... NO code needed ... i do not want any codes here please ...
i want to make a new server that doing nothing no mobs no attack nothing at all ..
Just Login to game . and load charachter in Twin city . and the question is , what do i need to code to make it !!!
is this the correct answer >>
1- socket for connection
2- client class (and or ) intity class
3- packet handler
4- maps ...
is that all i need for it ??? if that is not the right answer so please tell me what i need in tottal .... again ....no codes needed.

There are multiple guides on epvp about how to go about writing your own source.

I wrote one like a year back and more recently someone wrote a far better/more complete one. I'd suggest a quick search through the release section as those threads will answer FAR more of your questions then we ever could hope to as quick replies.
