Application [Eudemons Online]

Dear Elitepvpers

I`m offering myself for the Eudemons Online section.
I`m not saying that moderator Eurion is not doing a good job.
However I think he need some help, especially for those sections.
How I work is very simple.
I stay mostly in the background, and watch (This doesn`t say that I do nothing).
But if something is wrong, I will correct it.
Example: wrong section post. Spam, ect...

Also if I see a common problem about eudemons I am glad to reply and help as detailed as possible (most of the time).
Sometimes I'll just refer to them where to look.

About myself:

1. My name is Tom Quintiens, and I`m 17 (17/08/1994) Years old and I am from belgium.

3. About my experience with the subject:
I am here from 03-23-2008
I had a private server with my brother for about 2 years (2008 - 2010).
I was the database boy, he was the site boy.
Basic I just know all basics and most of the special things about creating a server. (database)

4. Am I mentally prepared and fitting for such a position?:
Yes, I can handle questions which seem to be stupid.
However as a moderator, I will always react differently than as normal member.
As member I react in less diplomatic language than as moderator (if you know what i mean?).
I just wane try to react, and reply correct.
Also if I am wrong, I am not afraid to face my mistake/fault and to excuse myself.

5. My experience as a moderator?
I was moderator on some small forums. (they were soon gone).
I was 1 Year administrator of an Eudemons Forum (a private server).
All forums I was mod, are Eudemons related.
I never had any complains about my job on the forum.

reason:
i know that he can work good in a database , he knows the skills to help other people and he know how to take care of others

he got a few nice releases that helped a lot of people

he is not a coder , so no idea if he need to be a coder to be a moderator , but the knowledge about the game will make a lot of things good

as long as you dont show favoritizm to any particular user or yourself or server as I have seen some moderators do in other places I dont see why not .. you know what youre talking about you speak in a plain manner and you havent earned a bad reputation with anyone I know luck and well wishes

You get a yes from me, cause i think your posts are helpfull, i dont play the game, so i dont can test ist ^^

But update your application, i think its a little bit short.

but each user individually


Its not because I know you, you may do more than any other user...
If I hate him or love him, it may not matter in the way I act as a Moderator.
Because that is not fair.

you didn't post in the EO Section from 12-22-2011 - 01-25-2012. Why?
Well I did take a look on some of your posts, they are helpful.

Well, Because I do not post to have more post on my account.

In the holidays (that period) I was buzzy for my work.
Also if there is visit, I'm not behind the computer. (Which often happens during these days.)

But no, I have not missed much because my brother is often on these fora also.

If there is a problem that he thinks "oh my brother knows how to fix this"
do not worry, he will visit me and tell me "hey you must see!" :)

I'd have to say yes

As for inactivity for a month, I don't think that's a big deal. Sometimes I have connectivity errors with e*pvp especially during holidays. So I tend to read but don't tend to post that much during connectivity errors.
As MageWarrior2 was saying, you don't have to post to be active, you rarely see Eurion post, but he is on almost every day to the best of my knowledge.
