Currently not able to find out if the game will be English or Thai, but I suppose it is because English from what I've seen will not only Thais but also to play with:
Vietnamese, Indonesians, Filipinos, Malaisyani xD [Those Of Malaisy], Singapore [those in Singapore].
So I repeat ... I think it will be English.
Going further I discovered that sank in the forum is all Thai-language Thai, but the rest is all in English, so now I'm in that 50% will have 2 language Thai and English.
