i want to know wat column i edit for editing talisman rate n wat i will put there to change the rate...

The talisman rate is sat in dekaronserver.exe

there is no talisman hack, the rates are server side only, there is nothing clientside you can alter to change the rates, ur a fail at hacking, give up and play legit ;)

DUde you're dumb. The dekaronserver.exe is checking if the CODE number of the item matches the upgrade_stone index. If they match it'll add 18%
