Silkroad Private Server - How ?

I wanna create a new Private Server.
I got many Ideas and good Rates :)

But i dont know how i can start / host a server.

Files ?
Internet ?
Own PC ?

How i can create this Server ?
What i must to with this Files ?
How can i fix bugs ?


How can i do this ?
