1 more question..on 9d ger it's "legal" to use buff trainers and nuker have that 13 lvls bug or what it is?

I think it's legal (I heard it is)... and IDK about that bug.

1. it is not legal to use buff trainers. if u use, use in hiding spot

2. there is 13 levels ck limitation

Hey guys , i dont know the link to get the text to english. I dont have 9dragons US or The normal one. So ?how could i get this on the internet without having to use US or the normal one, please help =) x
