This is not a step-by-step guide just wanted to post a couple common errors and mistakes i've been seen by people and solutions. Hopefully this can cut down on repetitive post. :D
If you have some suggestions or another error post below. I don't claim to know everything, its just a nub trying to help out other nubs. If I say anything wrong point it out and if it helps thank me :D

Most of the time this is from missing a bypass or having things turned on which don't need to be
-Not using an old Hackshield Folder
-MNG or JAP have mods turned on that dont need to be
-Not having a bypass like HackSlash
-Not having an edited client
-Running Alissa or other hooks from Pake without MNG.ini
The application failed to initialize properly 0xc0000142
Something is wrong with your setup, nothing is missing neccessarily but you may have forgotten too
-If you are using HackSlash, make sure you have Load="HackSlash.dll" in MNG
-You may have added a new mod to your mod folder but not to the mod.txt
-Tried using more than 1 setup of pake, by this I mean going to different sites downloading multiple versions of pake and trying to set many of them up at the same time.
-Getting Pake for adifferent OS than the one you need.
-Your Threads aren't right
"I have pake working but it crashes or i crash after 5 mins or "error occurred on execution"
-look in your mod folder and delete mod_GameBreak. This should help with crashing and justing getting mabi started.
-the pleione click (probably the most asked question) is when to click.
either click before the engine bar begins or at finish <--- there are some setups of pake that don't require this
SideNotes:
Your startuplog is your best friend. Where u see an error, you might want to check it out. EXCEPT "for failure to get patterns in lines" i saw no real problem with this error. I have those errors and pake still works. So ppl plz stop posting ur entire startuplog =.=
