Failed to connect to server (C9)

Hi I've made an private server with vsro files and i can join the server without any problems with 192.168.1.3 but when my friends use the global ip they get Failed to connect to server (C9) and I've already open port (Start Port:15779 End Port: 15779 TCP+UDP) and my friend gets Failed to connect to server (C9) and i gave them the correct ip guaranteed 100% and they use port 15779, can i have some help :confused: thanks :)

Please i need some help here

Just because you "forwarded" the port doesn't mean your firewall is cooperating. Turn it off and try it out. Best advice I can come up with at 1am.

When W7, rightclick-> Run as admin
Can help but not always:)

Right Click Launcher, Run as admin.
Disable your firewall (temporary).
Make sure you don't have something lame like Norton Firewall blocking it. It's kind of hard to help anyone when you don't explain the specifics.

Is he trying to connect on your network or from the internet? Are you sure your set the server configs IP correctly and not just to your network's IP?

Same problem ... I Can join to server from local ip but i cant from NET IP

Eror when trying login from NET IP IN GatewayServer

[BloodyNetwork]User connecting [79.177.244.45]

Then i get C9 in Client..... after ID / PW +Image Code Entering

OS: Windows 7 SP1 + MMSQL 2005 SP 4

Yes i have Norton 360 v5 but all SRO Server + Client progress allowed

Yes i have Router Cisco WRT120N Home Series and all ports opened ...
