Changing Cooldown on skills

Just wanted to ask if anyone knows how to change the cooldown on skills in the Media.pk2
Iv'e managed to change it in the database, but obviously when you use the skill in game it dosn't reflect this with the media.

For example there is a skill with a cooldown of 10 seconds which i want to change to 30 seconds. I've managed to do this in the database/serverfiles, but i can't find the value in the media.

So ingame when i tried to use the skill, it was still unusable for 30 seconds but the skill was showing that it was ready to be used again after 10 seconds.

It's in skill_xxenc.txt.

If you edited in the database, you will know the position of the "cooldown" as in skill_xxenc.txt.

In skill_xxenc.txt? You sure it's not the skilldata_xxxx.txt? as it has same values as the database.

Yea it is skilldata_xxxxenc.txt.

Well was just trying to decrypt the file but had no luck. You have any idea how to decrypt the files xavi?
