YunaCard Question ?

I just moved to germany from Africa and my German is not so perfect

I have a site that take only paypal but i dont want to link my bank to it

I wanna open a yunacard account !!!

is it posssible to buy a paysafecard lond it on the yuna card and link it to my new paypal account ?
