Botjailed for a bug

hey fellow pvpers this is my first thread, so plzzz be polite lol;

anyways my trojan was sent to botjail because of a bug that makes the characters invisible you can still do everything else but u can see them lol
the thing is i had to reinstall the game cuz of that and when i did
i was in botjail:mad: and im like what!!!!!! and the worst thing i sibmited my case o TQ like 6 times and always the same GM same answer:

same thing 6 times and the link has no tips of getting out it just says pay the DBs:confused: i was thinking of quiting but i cant lol the game is too good to quit and i could buy the DBs but im thinking thats what TQ wants, my munny so HELL NOOOO!!!!!

try registered mail ^^
paper mail has a way of upsetting the "powers that be".

out side that maybe dig around for some "alternate" email addresses outside the tq customer service.

u can try to speak online with an GM. When u enter on co.91.com/index on left at Live support, maybe they will understand. This is how i did when i got an problem with the acc.
