All traders (NPC) can not be opened why

LOL First off my client is the most up-to-date you're going to find. ^^ Secondly, Redemption Repack v1.04 works but does not use the Ursa Caverns Manager. I am pretty sure it's supposed to be turned off entirely, if you wish further support please only contact me for Redemption File Support.
