Hello, need help with gm commands

Hi, i have seen person who use noskilldelay on cabal extreme. There works CE. Any tutorial ?? I cant find guide -_- ..

sry for eng.

What do GM commands have to do with no skill delay?...

Type /_h for commands. If nothing shows up, then the commands are not working on the server.

gm commands don't do squat.
