Creating a Private Server

Hey guys, I would like to create a private server, thing is I've looked at other posts and I get confused. All I want to do is create the server using only Hamachi. I'm looking for a simple guide so if anybody could help me with this then it would be a great help.

I want it so I can use commands to get my equipment and all the mobs/npcs work.

Can anybody help me?

All I need really is a tutorial on how I can make a private server. I have Hamachi, AppServ and Navicat. But no idea what I do next :confused:

I've set up my private server but I need a patch that will give me Dragonsouls etc.

Could anyone possibly help and post a link of where I can find one? Cheers.

most of the sources around here lately are 5375+, so what about look for one in guiders/releases section??

I've tried looking for them but I don't understand how I install the patch onto my client. Could somebody show me a link and a tutorial to do it, if you could.

You don't do anything of the kind...

You download a FULL client that is for the patch your server supports.

In most cases you'll then want to use a conquerloader to make the client connect to your own server instead of tqs servers.

Could you possibly help me with all this please? It's confusing, back in my day, it was just change the server IP to my Hamachi, if you could PM me with some help it would be truly appreciated :)

As said already... Choose a source you wish to use...

Find a guide for that source

Follow the guide

DONE

There is a stickied client list as well incase the guide has broken links for the client the source uses.
