wat is this directX9.0b error?

hi i downloaded the ecsro and evrytime i open it it says directX9.0b error on the launch page..
i downloaded the directX.9 but still it says the same thing!
can anyone help me?

You Need a New CLient For this problem !!!

You need this No-DC and Multiclient

It looks you are using Vista.. Just run as XP and as administrator

Ohh And i am not noob ! I was have this problem too !!!!! And For Me Works !!!!!

SO Pls DONT SAY NOOB !!!

And i have Direct X 9.0 And me works ! :O He Dont need DirectX 10.1
