you can go to the thread: germanCabal open for all people . that is a German Cabal Private server, absolutely no lag, mithril drops in PF/MF.

Or if you want you can opt for Cabal Pingmac. It uses Red cabal Client but it has the highest rates.

Well, just download in the Solutionpack Thread the English Patch. So the client will be translated into English. I think this is not the problem.

yes, but i think he means players. you cant translate players language XD (too bad). thats why i suggested that server ;)
