taming_exp_mod

anyone know what this field does?

The taming_exp_mod declare`s, how much exp u gain from the tamed mob. For example:

a lv 40 naga in sirag ruins give ~400 exp, if u tame the naga fiel boss (160??) you get more exp, than a normal kill.

To expand on what Raskim says.
If the field naga normally gives 100 xp, and it has a taming mod of 4. When you try taming that mob and you're within level range, you'll get 400 xp.
