help with fixing compose rates

I am trying to get bout 10-40 star mark increase on all pets for the most part.

No matter what I do the mounts go up 100-500 and non mounts go up 1-6 any ideas

lol use a nice DB then u wont have any worries axcept for the new euds commin up and fixing the bugs infront of u :S
