[Request Help] Bugged in Alex

hello guys
I'm playing on Lynx private server (Xsense)
anyway while i was playing without problems i teleport from hotan to alex north
then CRASH and so on while trying to log in game
and this crash with almost my friends but others nothing at all
so is there anyway to contact Xsense cuz she don't answer on Twitter
